Information on Personal Data Processing
Information pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Personal Data Controller
The controller of personal data is JUDr. Ivana Žilinčíková, attorney at law, registered in the list of attorneys maintained by the Czech Bar Association under registration no. 17761, ID No. 06450041, with registered office at U Prašné brány 1079/3, 110 00 Prague 1.
Confidentiality
The attorney, her employees and cooperating attorneys are bound by statutory confidentiality under the Act on the Legal Profession. Information and personal data obtained in connection with the provision of legal services are processed as confidential and protected by the duty of confidentiality.
Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Personal data are processed mainly for the purpose of performing an agreement on the provision of legal services, recording provided legal information, further contacting the client and fulfilling obligations imposed by legal regulations.
Scope of Processing
In connection with the provision of legal services, the processed data may include in particular name, surname, telephone number, e-mail, identification number, payment details and other data provided by the client for the purpose of providing legal services.
Retention Period
Personal data are processed for the period necessary to ensure the fulfilment of mutual rights and obligations. The retention period for client files is governed by professional regulations applicable to attorneys.
Client Rights
The client may request information about the purpose, method and scope of processing, request correction, supplementation or erasure of personal data, request restriction of processing and object to processing. If the client believes that legal regulations have been breached, the client may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
