JUDr. Ivana Žilinčíková is an experienced attorney providing comprehensive legal services to individuals and legal entities, with a focus on effective dispute resolution and protection of clients' rights.
She emphasises careful preparation, strategic advice and a personal approach to each case, proposing realistic options with regard to cost, time and the expected outcome. She specialises in civil and commercial law, real estate law and financial law, including representation of clients in licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank, and also provides criminal defence for our clients.
After completing her studies in law and legal science at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, she obtained the JUDr. degree at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. During her studies she gained valuable experience working at prominent law firms in Prague and Bratislava. She is a member of the Czech Bar Association, the Slovak Bar Association and the Union of Defence Counsel. In addition to Czech and Slovak, she is fluent in English and French.
